         มาตรา ๑๒๔ ผู้ใดกระทำการใดๆ เพื่อให้ผู้อื่นล่วงรู้ หรือได้ไปซึ่งข้อความเอกสารหรือสิ่งใดๆ อันปกปิดไว้เป็นความลับสำหรับความปลอดภัยของประเทศ ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินสิบปี

        ถ้าความผิดนั้นได้กระทำในระหว่างประเทศอยู่ในการรบหรือการสงครามผู้กระทำต้องระวางโทษจำคุกตั้งแต่ห้าปีถึงสิบห้าปี

       ถ้าความผิดดังกล่าวมาในสองวรรคก่อน ได้กระทำเพื่อให้รัฐต่างประเทศได้ประโยชน์ ผู้กระทำต้องระวางโทษประหารชีวิต หรือจำคุกตลอดชีวิต

           Section 124. Any person who commits any act to bring to the knowledge of possession of any information, document, or thing which is kept confidential for the national safety shall be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding ten years. 

            If such an offence is committed in the course of the fighting or war of the country, the perpetrator shall be liable to imprisonment for a term of five to fifteen years. 

           If the offence mentioned in the preceding two paragraphs is committed for the benefit of a foreign state, the perpetrator shall be liable to the death penalty or imprisonment for life.
